Seven nights in Park City, Utah. Choose between:

· Park Station: Two bedrooms, two bath. All condos feature fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, fireplace, on-site washer/dryer, swimming pool and hot tub on premises.

· Park City Peaks Hotel: Each room is equipped with cable TV and coffee maker; on-site restaurant and lounge; complimentary hot buffet breakfast daily.

FLIGHT INFORMATION: Non-Stop round trip air via Delta between Newark and Salt Lake City; Non-Stop round trip air via Delta between JFK and SLC; Round trip air via Continental between Newark and SLC with one stop. Price does not include cost of checking baggage.

SKI AND PARTY INFORMATION: Your five-day lift ticket is good for 2 days at Park City, 1 day at Deer Valley, 1 day at Canyons, and one day at Snowbasin (including bus). Optional 6^th day at Alta/Snowmass lift tickets will be available at Welcome Party. Trip includes: welcome party, Nastar race, on-the-mountain picnic, après-ski party, and awards banquet.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $100 deposit due at sign-up. $500 due on September 30, 2011. Additional $500 due by October 31, 2011. Balance is due on December 9, 2011. Make checks payable to New Jersey Ski Council, Inc. Credit card payment: add 3%. Trip insurance is available at www.njskicouncil.org. (Note: To be covered for pre-existing conditions, you must pay for trip insurance within 14 days of deposit.)
